Lykke Can - Uganda Mbata Washed

Summary

Single origin coffee from Mbata in Bwesumbu subcounty, Uganda, grown at 1,700-2,100 metres near the Rwenzori Mountains, just beyond Lykke's Lunar Coffee station. This micro lot was handpicked and depulped, fully washed, fermented for 36 hours and dried on raised beds for 15 days. The result is a clean and expressive cup with notes of marzipan and cranberry, produced through the Lunar Coffee and Scout Program, which provides farmers with training, collaboration and quality control feedback.
