Summary

A washed Bourbon coffee from Rwanda's Shyira Coffee Washing Station in Nyabihu District, Western Province. Grown at 1,850–2,300 meters above sea level by around 1,900 smallholder farmers, processed with the washed method including 6–12 hours of dry fermentation and dried on African beds. Flavor notes of lemon juice, pink grapefruit, apricot, and black tea.
