Summary

A seasonal blend from LiLoCoffeeRoasters inspired by the Japanese traditional colour of persimmon tannin. This medium-dark roast combines Bolivian (Java, washed), Myanmar (Kyauk Nget, red honey), and Kenyan (Nyeri Karindundu AA, washed) coffees. The cup opens with hoppy sweetness of persimmon and pumpkin, then evolves into rich baked apple and honey sweetness, finishing with brown sugar and a pleasant honey aftertaste. Suitable for espresso, V60, AeroPress, and American Press.
