This Costa Rican coffee is produced by Allan Oviedo Rodriguez at Gloriana farm in San Luis de Grecia, West Valley. The farm placed 13th in the 2022 Costa Rica COE. The San Roque Kenya variety, introduced from Tanzania, is processed using the Reposado Double Washed method, which involves soaking parchment coffee in clean water after pulping and resting for three days after parchment removal. The light roast cup offers a crisp grapefruit flavor, sourness and sweetness of lemon candies and muscat grapes, and a lingering sweet aftertaste like sugarcane. Elevation: 1600m.
