Summary

A certified organic coffee from Peru, produced by Zobeida Alarcon Coronel at Finca La Palestina in the Cajamarca region, grown at 1800-1900 meters above sea level. The coffee consists of Red Bourbon and Caturra varieties. Processing is washed with a pre-fermentation step, followed by depulping, classic fermentation, washing, and drying on raised beds, partly in the shade. Flavour notes include stone fruit, caramel, and bergamot.
