Sapsucker Espresso

Summary

Sapsucker Espresso is a seasonal blend by Intelligentsia Coffee combining coffees from Colombia, Burundi, and Kenya. The Colombian component is produced by Carlos Alberto Estrella Nupan in Buenos Aires, La Unión, Nariño at 2000m elevation. The Burundi component comes from various smallholders in Yandaro, Kayanza at 1750-1850m, and the Kenyan component from various smallholders in Nyeri at 1800m. All components are washed process and dried on raised beds. The espresso offers flavour notes of lime, dried apricot, and tamarind with a bright roast level.
