Vagabondo Nicaragua
Summary
A specialty coffee from Nicaragua, produced at the Agua Sacra farm in the Nueva Segovia region. This Maracaturra variety is processed using a natural anaerobic long fermentation method. It offers a cup profile of strawberry, raspberry, dark chocolate, and red wine, with sugary sweetness, pleasant acidity, a medium round body, and a clean, persistent aftertaste. The coffee is balanced, with initial red fruit acidity evolving into enveloping sweetness and finishing with warm dark chocolate notes.
