This coffee comes from Colombia, in the Huila region, more precisely from Pitalito — an area renowned for producing exceptional specialty coffee thanks to its high altitude and ideal climate conditions. Finca Los Lagos covers 6 hectares at 1,720 meters above sea level and is managed by Vladimir Loming Burgos, a young producer strongly focused on innovation and continuous improvement. The variety is Red Papayo, processed with a washed fermentation. Cup profile: peach, strawberry, almond, jasmine.
