Laurina
Summary
Laurina is a rare natural mutation of the Bourbon variety from Colombia, grown in the Huila region at 1800 meters. This Arabica coffee naturally contains significantly less caffeine (up to 50-70% less) and is processed using the natural method. It offers a refined and delicate cup with floral aromas, stone fruits like peach and apricot, delicate red berries, and an elegant natural sweetness. Its acidity is tea-like, with a silky, medium-light body. Flavour notes include citrus, black tea, plum, and passion fruit.
