Timbre Økologisk is a mild and balanced organic coffee from the El Gran Mirador cooperative in the Cajamarca region of northern Peru. This washed coffee is grown at altitudes between 1,400 and 2,000 meters and features varieties such as Bourbon, Caturra, Pache, and Catimor. It offers a round and soft body, balanced acidity, and notes of brown sugar and citrus, with nutty and chocolatey qualities. The coffee is hand-picked and processed at the cooperative's wet mill, then slowly sun-dried.
