The farm cultivates Bourbon, Sidra, and Geisha varieties under shade trees. The coffee undergoes a washed process with a closed fermentation of 32 hours followed by a controlled double fermentation of 36 hours, then dried on raised beds for about 18 days. It offers pronounced sweetness, a creamy body, and fruity notes of apricot, sweet vanilla, and brownie.
