Summary
Papua New Guinea Baroida is a sweet and creamy coffee with good complexity and a velvety body, featuring notes of tropical fruit and caramel. It is grown on Baroida Estate, located in the Kainantu District of the Eastern Highlands, at altitudes between 1,700 and 1,850 meters. The farm was founded in the 1960s by Ben Colbran and is now managed by his son Nichol Colbran. The estate is situated in the Lamari River valley near Mount Jabarra, surrounded by former colonial plantations and smallholder farms.
