Konkret Marcepan
Summary
Konkret Marcepan is a blend of 70% Arabica and 30% Robusta. The Arabica, Typica variety, is grown in Peru (Chanchamayo, Villa Rica, Pichanaki, Satipo) and supplied by the family producer Negrisa; the Robusta is sourced from Vietnam, Indonesia, or Uganda. Both components are washed processed. The espresso roast offers a full body with notes of dark chocolate, walnuts, and marzipan, low acidity, and pronounced bitterness. It is recommended for espresso machines and also works well with moka pot and French press.
