Summary

Konkret Biszkopt is a blend of Brazilian Arabica from the Cerrado region and Robusta from Vietnam, Indonesia or Uganda. The Arabica is grown at 800m and includes varieties such as Mundo Novo, Yellow Catuai, Red Catuai, Caturra and Tabi; Robusta grows at 300m. Processed both naturally and washed. This espresso-oriented blend offers a full body with low acidity, featuring notes of dark chocolate, walnuts and sponge cake. It is suitable for espresso and alternative brewing methods.
