Hand-picked during February and March and fully washed at the Shakiso station, this Red Bourbon variety grows at 1850–2210 m above sea level. The cup is complex and fruity with notes of peach, caramel and lemon, complemented by floral and chocolate undertones. It has a cupping score of 85 and is recommended for filter brewing methods such as Aeropress, Chemex, Clever Dripper, French Press or drip coffee makers.
