Single-origin coffee from Colombia's Huila region, Acevedo area, produced by Luis Anibal Calderón at Finca Villa Betulia. Grown at 1500 m, this Pink Bourbon variety is fully washed, yielding a juicy, clean cup with notes of nectarine, red grapes and oolong tea, complemented by elegant sweetness, a floral aftertaste, bright fruity acidity and light to medium body. Recommended for filter brewing such as V60, Chemex or French press.
