Summary
This coffee comes from the Huila region of Colombia, grown by Maria Damaris Medina and her husband Wilson on their farm El Recreo at approximately 1800 meters above sea level. It is made up of the Caturra variety. Maria and Wilson are members of the Coocentral cooperative in Huila, working with Nordic Approach and a group of 70 farmers to improve coffee quality and their livelihoods. The flavour profile includes peach and hibiscus with a thick, creamy butterscotch candy sweetness.
