A single-origin coffee from India's Malabar Coast (Karnataka and Kerala). The Arabica beans undergo a traditional monsooning process where they are exposed to moist monsoon winds for several weeks, resulting in a distinctive flavour profile. The coffee offers a full, smooth body with very low acidity, featuring tasting notes of woody spice, dark cocoa, tobacco, and earthy body. Roasted to a Continental Dark Roast level, it is recommended for espresso preparation and milk-based drinks.
