Summary
A specialty coffee from the Wegida region of Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia, grown at 2,150 meters in the shade of false banana trees. Produced by independent producer Burtukan, this Arabica Heirloom variety is processed using the natural method. The cup is clear and bright with delicate notes of chamomile, mandarin, cherry, and apricot, complemented by caramel sweetness and a smooth cocoa finish. Ideal for pour-over brewing methods such as Chemex and V60.
