The Ethiopian component (Lekempti G2, Oromia, 1900-2100m) is Heirloom variety, washed processed, scored 84.25. The Honduran component (Finca Azul SHG Natural, Marcala La Paz, 1500-1600m) is Icatu variety, natural processed, scored 86.5. The Guatemalan component (Finca Ona', San Marcos, 800-1200m) is Nemaya variety, washed processed, scored 82.5. The blend includes a small amount of robusta for body and crema. Flavour notes include honey, bergamot, vanilla, chocolate, hazelnut, and blueberry. Medium roast suitable for espresso, moka, pourover, and French press.
