Golden Hour Blend
Summary
Golden Hour Blend is a seasonal medium-light roast blend from Equator Coffees, composed of three origins. A natural-processed Brazil (Norte Pioneiro, Paraná) from producer Luiz Saldanha with Bourbon, Mundo Novo, Catuaí, and Tupi varieties provides a nutty, structured base. A natural-processed Papua New Guinea (Arufa, Jiwaka Province) from producers organized around Kagamuga Dry Mill with Blue Mountain, Arusha, Mundo Novo, and Bourbon varieties adds a fruit-forward character. A washed Colombia (Buesaco, Nariño) from small holder farmers with Castillo, Caturra, and Colombia varieties contributes bright, clean acidity and sweetness. Flavour notes include orange creamsicle, rainier cherry, and caramel. 5% of sales support Fazenda California in Brazil.
