Grown at 2200 meters altitude, this Heirloom 74112 variety lot undergoes a precise washed process with hand-sorted cherries, cool water fermentation, and raised bed drying. The cup is bright and floral with notes of plum, elderflower, green apple, and cherries, featuring elegant acidity and refined sweetness typical of Sidama. Suitable for both espresso and filter brewing (omni roast).
