Grown at 2350m elevation and processed using the natural method, with whole cherries dried on raised African beds for 15-18 days. The cup profile features notes of berries, milk chocolate, and honey, offering a warm and approachable character. Roasted as an omni roast, suitable for both espresso and filter brewing. Scored 86.5.
