This single-origin washed coffee from Peru is sourced from Finca El Eucalipto, a small 2ha family farm run by Richard Cotrina in the community of Potrero Grande, Cajamarca. He is a member of the Aromas del Valle Co-operative. The coffee is of the Bourbon variety, grown at 1450-1500 metres above sea level, and undergoes a washed process with 60 hours of fermentation followed by drying on raised African beds. Flavour notes include blueberry, lemon, and peach.
