Guatemala Jabiru is a washed SHB EP grade coffee from the Union Cantinil municipality in Huehuetenango, Guatemala. Produced by smallholder producers with farms averaging 1.5 hectares. Varieties include Bourbon, Catuai, Caturra, Pache, and Typica, grown at 1500-1800 metres above sea level. The coffee is fully washed and sun-dried. This lot is Rainforest Alliance certified. Flavour notes include lemon, almond, peach, and toffee. Roasted to a medium level and suitable for both filter and espresso brewing.
