Intango (dark)
Summary
Intango is a single-origin coffee from the Karongi district of Rwanda, produced by Gilbert Gatali at the Intango coffee washing station. The coffee features Bourbon Mayaguez 71 & 139 and Jackson varieties, washed processed, grown at 1,500–2,000 meters elevation. Roasted dark, it offers a full and velvety body with sweet flavors of dark chocolate and dried fig. Counter Culture has worked with this washing station since 2018, and the coffee is known for its dense beans that handle darker roasting well while retaining sweet and fruity notes.
