Alto Ihuamaca is a single-origin coffee from San Ignacio, Peru, produced by five producers in the Alto Ihuamaca community, which is part of the Valle del Santuario region. The coffee is processed using the washed method and grown at elevations between 1,800 and 2,200 meters. Varieties include Bourbon, Pache, Caturra, and Catimor. It features a light roast with tasting notes of milk chocolate, caramel, and green grape, with a crisp acidity and deep sweetness. Certified Organic and Kosher. Sourced through the CENFROCAFE cooperative with a partnership spanning over 20 years.
