Inmaculada Gesha x Sudan Rume is a limited release coffee from Inmaculada Coffee Farms in Pichindé, Valle del Cauca, Colombia, owned by the Holguín-Ramos family. Grown at 1,650-2,000 meters above sea level using biodynamic agriculture, this coffee combines Gesha and Sudan Rume varieties. The Gesha cherries were dried on raised African beds for 18 days, while the Sudan Rume underwent carbonic maceration followed by controlled drying. Gesha offers aromatic and floral qualities, while Sudan Rume contributes sweet and spicy notes. Filter roast.
