Summary

This Ethiopian coffee is grown by 838 smallholder farmers in the Banko Gotiti area of the Yirgacheffe region, specifically the Gotiti kebele of Gedeb woreda. Cherries are hand-picked and processed at the Eva Gotiti Washing Station using the traditional washed method. The coffee features the 74112 variety, selected for its floral aromatics and fruit-forward flavor with vibrant acidity. Grown at elevations up to 2,200 meters above sea level. Flavor notes include black tea, floral, and peach.
