Soltero Pata - Peru

Summary

9th anniversary limited edition microlot from Soltero Pata farm in Peru. Grown by Richard Chávez Maytán in the Inkawasi area of the Cusco region at 2,200 m above sea level. Features the Kenyan SL-9 variety, processed by the natural method at the Incahuasi cooperative with precise fermentation and slow high-altitude drying. The cup shows blackcurrant, cherries, lime candies, raspberry, guava, hibiscus and jasmine notes with a long, layered finish. Only 400 packs of this microlot were produced.
