Amenaza Menor Decaf is a specialty decaffeinated coffee from Colombia, produced by Azahar Coffee from the Huila region. Made from Pink Bourbon variety grown at 1,700-2,000 meters above sea level. Processed using the sugarcane (ethyl acetate) decaffeination method with washed processing. Flavor notes include pomelo, green tea, nougat, dried plums, dark chocolate, raisins, and toffee. Created in collaboration with nine small farmers from the Huila region. Roasted for filter preparation.
