Summary

Unroasted green coffee from the Narino region in southwestern Colombia. Volcanic activity has created rich soils. The coffee cherries need high daytime temperatures and very low night-time temperatures to ripen; only ripe cherries are hand-picked on small farms of a few hectares, where farmers successfully grow solid Arabica.
