Summary
A natural processed light roast coffee from the Shan State of Myanmar, sourced from the Shwe Taung Thu farmers association. This Horizon Series offering comes from various smallholder farmers in the villages of Ga Naing Yar, Pha Yar Gyi Kone, Pway Na Phar, and Mya Ze Di in Southern Shan State. The coffee is fruit-forward with a rich, velvety body and a uniquely floral and herbaceous profile. Cherries are dried on raised beds for 15-17 days. Flavor notes include kiwi, fig, and lemongrass.
