Villa Loyola
Summary
A single-origin coffee from Finca Villa Loyola in Colombia, produced under the leadership of Padre José Alejandro Aguilar Posada and farm manager Alejandra Giraldo. The farm has converted to organic practices, using resident animals and micro-organisms for compost and soil improvement, rainwater collection for irrigation, and renewable bamboo for infrastructure. The coffee is processed using a carbonic natural method, resulting in notes of Swiss chocolate, candied orange, and cherry liquor.
