Each delivery includes two distinct coffee origins, processes, or varieties plus an alternate roast of one coffee, allowing subscribers to compare how roast level affects flavor. Coffees come from Hawaiian growing regions including Kona, Ka'u, Maui, Hamakua, and Kauai, featuring peaberries, honey and natural processes, micro-lots, and signature blends. Subscribers choose their preferred roast level and grind option.
