Kona Red Bourbon is a 100% Kona coffee from Hawaii, USA, produced by Franck Carisey of Uluwehi Farm in the Kona region at approximately 549m elevation. It is of the Red Bourbon variety and processed using the washed method with controlled fermentation using Vin-13 champagne yeast. Available as Medium-Light or Dark roast. Flavor notes include chocolate ganache, sweet cherry, butterscotch, cake, brown sugar, milk chocolate, and sweet black tea. This coffee was used to win the U.S. Coffee Championship Brewer's Cup prelims in August 2022.
