Sipi Falls is an Arabica coffee from the Rwenzori Mountains in Uganda, produced by the Bukonzo cooperative, which is owned by 85% women and is organically certified. The coffee is of the Nysaland variety and processed as fully washed. It has notes of peanut and banana, making it well suited for espresso and milk-based drinks; it is less fruity than Ethiopian coffees and appeals to lovers of chocolaty coffee.
