Summary
Single origin coffee from the Karumandi washing station in the Kenya highlands. Approximately 1,700 smallholder producers contribute cherries to the Baragwi Cooperative Society-managed washing station. Coffee undergoes a washed process with 24 hour dry fermentation, then washed with fresh water from Mt. Kenya rivers, soaked for 6 hours, and dried on raised beds. Flavor profile features honey sweetness with notes of peach and cranberry. Offers a bright, crisp cup typical of Kenyan coffees.
