A specialty coffee from Colombia's Quindío region, Armenia area, produced by third-generation farmer Jairo Arcila. Pink Bourbon variety grown at 1450–1500m elevation. Honey processed with a 72-hour dry anaerobic co-fermentation using peaches and wine yeast. Flavour profile includes canned peaches, mango, jasmine tea, zefir, and grapefruit. Harvested December 2025. Scored 88.
