A washed-process Maragogipe coffee from producer Arcelia Neyra, grown at 1950m in Santa Rosa, Chirinos, San Ignacio province, Peru. This single-farmer lot, produced in collaboration with Finca Churupampa, showcases rare varieties. Hand-picked cherries undergo a 12-hour fermentation, pulping, a second 24-hour fermentation, washing, then two days on raised beds and 18 days in a parabolic dryer. Tasting notes include blood orange, nectarine, cola, with citrus, stone fruit and caramel-like sweetness.
