Summary

Single-origin coffee from Peru's Cajamarca region produced by El Oso farm and neighbouring smallholders for the El Oso project, which supports conservation and organic farming. Washed process, grown at 1350–1890 metres. Varieties include Typica, Caturra, Mundo Novo, Bourbon, Catimor, Imperial, Pache, Catuai. Slow-maturing cherries give natural sweetness and complex fruit flavours, with tasting notes of caramel, nutmeg, and dark chocolate.
