Owned by second-generation farmer Orlando Pedraza Ramirez, the 2-hectare farm grows Catuai and Catimor varieties. The coffee is processed using the natural method on raised African beds. Tasting notes include grapefruit, plum, and caramel. Grown at 1700-1800 masl altitude.
