Summary

A washed single-origin coffee from the Philippines, sourced from a farm near Esperanza in Sultan Kudarat, Mindanao. Produced by Kalsada at the Sitio San Roque mill, this coffee is made from the Costa Rica 95 variety (a Catimor selection), grown at 800-900m altitude and harvested between October 2023 and January 2024. Processed using the washed method with overnight fermentation and sun drying on raised beds. Roasted to a medium-dark level, the cup profile offers cocoa nibs, tobacco, caramel, buttery mouthfeel with sweet pistachio notes, and hints of oregano and lime in the finish.
