A washed coffee from the Sitio Kisbong community in Atok, Benguet, Luzon, Philippines, produced by 33 smallholder growers at 1400-1700m elevation. Varieties include Red Bourbon, Typica, and San Ramon. The coffee undergoes wet fermentation for 36-48 hours before the mucilage is washed and the beans are dried on raised beds. Tasting notes feature tropical fruit flavors of pineapple, mango, and brown sugar, with vanilla, hazelnut, and a distinctly sweet profile.
