Kona SL34 Peaberry is a 100% Kona coffee from Hawaii, USA, grown in Hōlualoa and Kealakekua at 1,600–2,400 feet elevation. Produced by Kona Farm Direct (Kraig Lee) using the SL34 variety, separated as peaberries. Processed using a yeast-inoculated washed fermentation with selected wine yeast strain to emphasize citrus and tropical fruit. Roasted to a light–medium profile. Tasting notes include pineapple, blackberry, pomelo, and toasted coconut with a bright, juicy, structured cup profile reminiscent of fresh-squeezed lemonade.
