Kona Peaberry from Darnall Estate, a 46-acre farm in Holualoa, Kona district, Hawai'i Island. This peaberry selection consists of small, rounded seeds that form when only one seed develops inside the cherry (3-7% of harvest). Processed as traditional washed coffee: cherries pulped on the evening of harvest, fermented overnight with water, then mechanically dried. Flavour profile features papaya, citrus, red apple and brown sugar sweetness. Balanced and lively with good acidity.
