This Ethiopian heirloom selection undergoes an anaerobic washed process with white wine yeast fermentation, resulting in a clean yet expressive profile with notes of jasmine, ginger, peach, mandarin, and guava, offering a creamy, wine-like texture with tropical acidity and velvety sweetness.
