A rare 100% Kona coffee from Holualoa, Kona, Hawaii, produced by Kraig Lee on a small 6-acre farm. This Laurina (Bourbon Pointu) variety is a natural dwarf mutation of Bourbon with naturally low caffeine content. Processed using the Champagne Natural method, where cherries are fermented in a bioreactor with selected wine yeast and dried in a controlled environment. Light roasted.
