This washed-process coffee features the rare K7 variety, a Kenyan-origin cultivar known for bright acidity and floral aromatics. The peaberry selection is lightly roasted to preserve clarity and structure. Flavour notes include nougat, red apple, toasted nuts, and delicate florals with a silky, medium-light body and bright, refined acidity. Received 95 points from Coffee Review for the 2023 harvest.
