A rare Kona Geisha Peaberry from Noelani Farm in North Kona, Hawai'i, grown at approximately 762 m elevation. This lot combines two complementary processes: anaerobic washed with yeast inoculation and Rosé washed, resulting in a clean and transparent cup. Geisha variety. Light roast developed for clarity and sweetness. Flavour profile includes lychee, rose petal, strawberry, watermelon, raspberry, pink citrus, and honey with a clean, silky, sweet and tea-like finish.
